Booking & Payment FAQ

  • How do I pay for my tour?

We currently accept credit/debit cards, cash, Zelle, and PayPal, with plans to add more payment options in the future. Payment is required at the time of pickup.

  • Where do tours start and end?

All tours begin and end at First & Broadway, our designated meeting spot.

  • What are the group size requirements?

Our golf cart tours require a minimum of two people and can accommodate up to five passengers per tour. Currently, we are unable to accommodate groups larger than five passengers on multiple golf carts. However, we plan to expand our fleet in the future.

  • Are there any age restrictions for children?

Yes, children under the age of 5 are not permitted. Small children must use a booster seat and be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. Since no payment is collected in advance, no refund process is required for cancellations made within this timeframe.

During the Tour FAQ

  • Will I hear from my tour guide before my tour?
Yes, your tour guide will contact you the day before your scheduled tour to introduce themselves.
  • While on tour, can we make a bathroom stop?
Yes, simply ask your tour guide, and they will accommodate a stop when possible.
  • May I bring my pet?
Absolutely! You can bring your pet when booking a VIP (private) tour only. Pets are not permitted on rideshare tours.
  • What happens if the weather is bad?
Tours operate in most weather conditions, but in severe weather, we may need to reschedule or cancel. We will notify you in advance if any changes are necessary.
  • Are tips expected for tour guides?
Tipping is not required but always appreciated. If you enjoyed your tour, feel free to tip your guide as a way to show your appreciation.
